Delivery 
We use Parcelforce to deliver your items. We aim to despatch your items within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your order.

Delivery & Returns 
We hope you are happy with your purchase from The Interiors Yard. However, if you are unhappy with your item or this has arrived damaged please see the details below;

Damaged items
For an item you have received that has been damaged, please ensure you have notified us via email hello@theinteriorsyard.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of the item with the following information:

Name
Order Number
Photo of the damaged item
Whether you would like a refund or exchange

We will then arrange collection from you. Please ensure you have saved all original packaging so this can be returned. If we are notified  48 hours after delivery, we are unable to be held responsible for the damage.

Returns 
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email hello@theinteriorsyard.co.uk with the below information:

Name
Order number
Reason for the return 

We will then send you further details on how to return this. Please note all returns need to be notified within 7 days of the delivery date and must be returned in the same unused condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately delivery fees are non refundable and you will be required to pay for the return postage.
